“Your name is the Highest! Your name is the Greatest! Your name stands above them All! All thrones and dominions. All powers and positions. Your name stands above them All! And the angels cry HOLY! All creation cries HOLY! You are lifted HIGH! HOLY! Holy forever!” 

The words of this beautiful song appeared in my head during a dream last night, and stuck with me throughout the day. Praising on the way to work, my face stretched into a smile. My soul is glad that these words are true regardless of anything in this world and universe. These words will never stop being true. Recently I’ve been noticing the joy that comes into my heart when I praise the Lord in song. Something so light lifts my spirits, met with God, our hearts linked and I can feel His presence surrounding me. I sing the words with sincerity in my heart, praying thoughts of His will. He is good!

The greatest reminder is knowing His Word never fails, never stops being true and never ends. He remains when this world ends. I’ve never needed anyone to agree with me because I know God is in agreement with me through His Holy Spirit. My mind releases tension, my shoulders fall, my mind becomes clear. I see God seated in His majesty not alone but surrounded by all the beings that have devoted their life to Him, even creation. It’s a wonder to me that the birds cry holy. The waves of the ocean sing holy. The thunder that shakes the ground screams holy. The ever so light summer breeze whispers holy. The little crickets chirping in the distance understand His holiness. The tsunami that terrifies millions seeks His holiness. 

I’ll never fully understand the weight of His greatness, nor will I fully understand why certain things happen but what I do understand is more than enough for me to sing… Holy!
