drained

There are days when working in customer service really gets to me. It behooves me how someone can turn so ugly when they don’t receive what they want. Am I that way in life? There are days when the people really aren’t worth the money. It seems the entitlement is so high it’s sickening.

It’s baffling that a simple polite response is not given when “no” is the answer. That somehow it has to go in the favor of the customer, sometimes the customer is wrong. Can you tell I’m flustered from work. To think I’m studying to be a therapist. I often think if I’m mentally drained from price matching orders then how am I going to be a therapist?
